Name, company, email, project location, requirement category, requirement description and phone number if provided.
Purpose
To review the enquiry, respond to it and determine whether it is suitable for commercial follow-up.
Sharing
Contact information is not shared with external parties merely because an enquiry was submitted. Any later sharing connected with execution or supply is subject to commercial need and appropriate review.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first and cookie-free, and Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for this service.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and business records. Deletion may be requested through the published business email unless a legitimate legal or business reason requires retention.
